Sebastian cannot not communicate. He either trains people in workshops, coaching sessions and team development on this very topic or he is in an exchange with his loved ones. Witty, warm and big-hearted as always. He can also listen. He listens to poetry slams, among other things. Sebastian admires them for their word acrobatics, which he tries to incorporate at least to some extent into his non-fiction. The consultant keeps his secrets as tightly guarded to the grave. He only reveals one thing: The password to success in life is communication.
