Senior consultant
Been with cormens since 2020

Consulting focus:
Change, leadership, coaching

A good day for Britta starts with meditation. After a journey to her inner self, she can be even better with others. The others are frequently managers in highly competitive companies. With over 20 years of experience in international management and in-depth psychological knowledge, Britta works with executives from medium-sized companies and start-ups. A native of Munich, Britta has a sense of beauty as well as a bike that she rides around the city. It has many gears, but the most important one is Britta's own: Depth.
