Kevin Lussu coaches his son's soccer team. In doing so, he continuously analyzes the dynamics within the team and only then looks at the ball. Kevin's creative nature and ability to hear the unspoken also turn consultations into exciting encounters where everyone wins in the end. He plays people exactly the questions that trigger important and game-changing impulses. After intensive consulting days, Kevin recovers energy in his turbulent comfort zone, the family. He immediately spends some of it on sports. Long runs along the Rhine, mostly. Soccer whenever possible. Or skateboarding, which he started in his late 30s.
