Consulting focus:
Coaching and sparring in the areas of leadership and transformation

Claudia's coaching is full of empathy and analytically clear: listening attentively, understanding, not judging and finding fine connecting lines. Being a sparring partner and creating the framework to develop new room for maneuver and sustainable solutions. This in the deep conviction that being successful and remaining true to oneself need not be a contradiction. Because Claudia knows this exact balancing act from her management career in an international corporate context. Her love of Italian music has always been with her, at least since her professional station in Milan. Otherwise, she is drawn to hiking in the silence of the mountains or swimming and letting go at the lake.
