Thomas Gutberlet
Management cormens Fulda
Been with cormens since 2026
Consulting focus: Organizational development, executive development, succession planning
Thomas doesn’t view companies from a distance, but from the inside - from the kitchen table of a family business all the way to the executive board. For him, change isn’t a project, but a process that requires courage - the courage to do things differently before it’s too late.
He combines strategic clarity with a deep understanding of people and organizations. Whether it’s transformation, new business models, or critical phases, Thomas thinks in terms of the bigger picture and acts consistently. In doing so, he stays close to the people - convinced that the best solutions already exist within the company.
His driving force: to help companies evolve so that they remain relevant tomorrow. Or, as he puts it himself: “What’s needed is usually already there - it just takes the courage to do it.”
