Leadership is essential—but what kind? In this two-day seminar, we’ll explore traditional and modern leadership concepts: What are the differences, and what do they have in common? In what contexts do concepts such as agile leadership, authoritarian leadership, mindful leadership, transformational leadership, etc., make sense? And when do they not? What expectations must be placed on employees and leaders to foster a mutually empowering dynamic of “leading and being led”?
The leadership and self-management concepts presented form the basis for applying these concepts in practice, which takes place through group work and interaction with other participants.
