She is the quintessential Allgäu networker: no matter where, she knows someone, probably even the barista in your town.

Professionally, Andrea gets people moving, both figuratively and literally. With her strong empathy and structured approach, she creates spaces in which teams can grow and develop. Her recipe for success: clarity, energy and the ability to build bridges between people. As a passionate choir director, she knows how important it is to shape different voices into a harmonious whole and to strengthen the sense of unity - skills that she also uses in her consulting work. Whether in workshops or executive coaching sessions: Andrea motivates, inspires and sticks to it - until it sounds good.
